Raindrops Seeking the Sea
Poem by Leni Marlina
(PPIPM-Indonesia, Poetry-Pen IC, Indonesian Writer of Satu Pena, Indonesian Creator of AI Era, FSM, ACC SHILA)
From the clouds, we are cast—
delicate echoes of the sky,
spilling over leaves, stones, and time,
wandering the river of fate,
asking, where is home?
But rain is never lost.
It listens to the whisper of the wind,
follows the longing of the river,
and seeks the sea,
as we, too, seek the One
who calls us back.

A Small Flame Born of God’s Light
Poem by Leni Marlina
(PPIPM-Indonesia, Poetry-Pen IC, Indonesian Writer of Satu Pena, Indonesian Creator of AI Era, FSM, ACC SHILA)
We move through corridors of shadow,
brushing against the walls of time,
forgetting we were forged of light—
not the darkness we chase.
We search for the moon beyond the heavens,
yet the moon already shimmers in our eyes.
We reach for God in distant echoes,
yet God is the hush within our ribs.
O wandering soul, return.
Do not seek paradise in faraway lands—
for you are the ember of a fire
born of God’s eternal flame.

Seeking the Face of God
Poem by Leni Marlina
(PPIPM-Indonesia, Poetry-Pen IC, Indonesian Writer of Satu Pena, Indonesian Creator of AI Era, FSM, ACC SHILA)
I asked the sky,
“Where is His face?”
And the sky sighed, “I am but a mirror.”
I asked the sea,
“Where does He hide?”
And the waves murmured, “I am but an echo.”
So I turned inward,
to the stillness beyond form and voice,
and there, in the quiet surrender,
I found the Face that never left.

Echoes of the Sky’s Song
Poem by Leni Marlina
(PPIPM-Indonesia, Poetry-Pen IC, Indonesian Writer of Satu Pena, Indonesian Creator of AI Era, FSM, ACC SHILA)
Before the world had shape,
before time could breathe,
a melody trembled in the void—
and we are but the echoes of its song.
We arrived as poetry,
yet forgot how to read ourselves.
We spent lifetimes unraveling the world,
never seeing that He had already
written God’s name upon our hearts.
